Handy Hosts Form

The Music Preservation Society Inc. invites you to partner with us for the 2026 W.C. Handy Festival. (See dates below.) Your venues will be included in the WC Handy Festival schedule on the official Handy Festival website and in 25,000 printed Handy Festival Brochures. The fee to be included in the official schedule is $150 each (discounted to $100 each for five or more listings). Handy Hosts are responsible for costs, although we are happy to help with selection of performers and sound. Unless agreed in advance by MPS, listing and performer fees are due when the contract is signed. A member of our Handy team can come and pick up your schedule and your payment. Please remember that use of the name and image (in full or in part) of W.C. Handy and/or W.C. Handy Music Festival is protected, and use of the name in connection with the W.C. Handy Music Festival for advertising or marketing purposes is limited to those who contract with MPS/Handy Festival Committee. Your signature below indicates agreement with and the Music Preservation Society, Inc. for musical performances and costs as shown on the schedule. If you are booking and paying your own performers, indicate with “SB” (for “Self-Booked”) in the “FEE” column. Please return this as soon as possible so we can include it on the website and into the brochures before the print deadline. We appreciate our partnership with you!
